Marcus Hamilton Perry

Greetings!
My name is Marcus Hamilton Perry. I graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology and a Business minor. I left the Midwest for warm and sunny Northern CA in 1983. I became a licensed RE salesperson in 1983 and received my broker's license in 1984.
I would like you to know that I am very much a tech-savvy real estate agent. Technology is changing the way we do business every day. You are either current with it and succeed or fall behind. I am 100% committed to using all of the technological tools available to me to conduct my real estate business on your behalf!
I am a results-oriented broker and view my real estate business as a small "boutique shop" for an elite few (not the masses).
When not working with buyers or sellers you can generally find me on the tennis courts playing doubles. I play USTA Adult Men's and Sr. Men's League tennis and was a USPTA Certified Tennis Instructor (long long ago).
